PID in DVB settings Numeric program identifier (PID) which is set in your DVB card settings. For example 512. Or 0x200.

IP address which is assigned to you by your outgoing connection provider. It can be dynamic (which changes sometimes) or static (which never changes).
Signal level (%) % Signal level which your DVB card receives from satellite. DVB card configuration program usually shows it.
Outgoing connection type: Outgoing connection type (Cable/LAN, leased line, dial-up, ISDN, xDSL, GPRS etc.).

Before submitting your problem you have to read transponder parameters page and check if all parameters are correct in your DVB card settings.

If You have connectivity problem please include results of traceroute and ping (or prefferable mtr or winmtr) to our VPN or Globax server.
If You have problem with Globax please include Globax version, Globax configuration file (globax.conf) and last 20-30 lines of Globax log file (client log).
